How to Resolve a Problem

Occasionally a problem arises concerning your child and the school. The parent's first step is to talk directly with the teacher. Often a conference will enable the teacher and parent to put plans into effect that will resolve the problem.

If a teacher conference does not resolve the situation, the parent should contact the school director. He or she will be happy to talk with you by phone or meet for a conference.

If the issue remains unresolved, the parent may present the situation at a school board meeting. Parents should feel free to talk openly with teachers, the school director, and the board of directors. Our greatest wish is to make the school a place where students thrive.
