    Curriculum

    Fully recognizing the absorbency of young minds, our preschool program offers children ages 3 through 6:

    • A loving and comfortable environment in which they feel safe and secure
    • A multi-age class in which children learn from one another. The class functions as a small, integrated community, with children growing in responsibility each year and blossoming particularly in the third year
    • An environment that teaches children to become independent, self-reliant learners in a non-competitive atmosphere
    • Opportunities to experience the reward of accomplishment, thereby fostering a positive self-image
    • A curriculum that develops math and language skills, particularly through the use of hands-on, multi-sensory phonetics materials and math manipulatives
    • Practical life exercises that create a sense of order, sequence, and accomplishment
    • Activities that cultivate fine and gross motor skills
    • Exposure to art, music, and foreign language
