Montessori Approach

Encouraged from an early age to make decisions and to learn to work both independently and in groups, Montessori students show remarkable adaptability and problem-solving skills. They learn to manage time well, to contribute their ideas with peers and teachers in a respectful manner, and to communicate clearly in writing. Montessori students are introduced early to the joys that come from learning, from researching a topic, from sharing research with others. They develop high self-esteem and the confidence to face challenges with optimism.

We invite you to learn more about the woman who, from her observations of children, pioneered an approach to education that rocked the educational world in the early twentieth century.
