Positions Available: Substitute Teachers for all levels.
Preschool 3K-5K; Lower Elementary grades1-3; Upper Elementary grades 4-6. Work as needed. Montessori training and/or classroom experience desirable. Must demonstrate good classroom management skills suitable to multi-age classes with independent learners.

Positions Available: Aftercare Assistants.
Work on regular part-time schedule, or as needed. Aftercare hours 2:30-6PM. Under the direction of the Aftercare Director, provide supervision and activities for participants (age 5-12). Program includes outdoor play, homework time, snack, crafts and indoor games.

Position Available: MSC Director Position
Administration:
1. Handles daily operations of MSC at all school locations.
2. Prepares monthly report for school Board prior to monthly board meeting.
3. Carries out decisions and policies of the Board.
4. Maintains MSC physical plant including authorizing minor repairs up to $300.00.
5. Ensures adequate supplies for the school.
6. Under the direction of the Board, oversees expansion and development
of the school. Recruits, recommends, and supervises instructors of
enrichment and extracurricular activities in conjunction with the Board
and teachers.
7. Supports and supervises assistant teachers and teachers.
8. All other duties as assigned by the Board.
Accounting:
1. Pays regular and reoccurring bills.
2. Pays non-reoccurring expenses up to $300.00 without Board approval.
3. Seeks Board approval for non-reoccurring expenses exceeding $300.00.
4. Balances checkbook and track expenses.
5. Supervises billing for tuition and track payments.
6. Drafts and updates one and five year budgets.
7. Coordinates with accountant for payrolls and tax return services.
Admissions:
1. Handles admissions process for all prospective students.
2. Assists in developing recruitment materials to be used in mailings and throughout the community.
3.
Keeps website updated with current information about the school, as
well as receive and respond to e-mails sent to the website.
Fundraising:
1. Advises Board on annual fund drives and capital campaigns.
2. Thanks donors for contributions.
3. Seeks and prepares grants as identified.
4. Administers fund raising as needed.
Monthly Report:
1. To include but not limited to the following:
a. Activities
b. Finances
c. Admissions updates.
